The Erasmus+ KA131 Staff Mobility Programme enables FSMVU academic and administrative staff to conduct short-term teaching or training activities at partner universities in Programme Countries.

Overview

 

Erasmus+ KA131 supports professional development and international cooperation through academic teaching and administrative training mobilities. It promotes intercultural understanding and capacity building across partner institutions.

 

Duration of Mobility

 
  • Minimum 2 working days (excluding travel).
  • FSMVU provides grant support for up to 5 working days + 2 travel days.
  • Teaching: at least 8 teaching hours per week.
  • Combined teaching and training mobility is permitted.
 
 

Eligibility Criteria

 
  • Must be an active FSMVU staff member (academic or administrative).
  • Must have a valid Erasmus+ Inter-institutional Agreement with the host institution.
  • Language proficiency required for teaching mobility.
  • Training participants are encouraged to provide language proof.
 
 

Required Documents

 
  • Invitation Letter from the host institution
  • Copy of ID / Passport
  • English CV
  • Language Certificate (for Teaching Mobility)
  • Staff ID & Bank Account Document (VakıfBank – EUR)
  • Visa (if applicable)
 
 

Evaluation Criteria

 

Applications are evaluated by the FSMVU International Programs Commission according to National Agency rules.

Grant and Financial Support

 

Participants receive daily and travel grants according to the Turkish National Agency’s official rates. FSMVU provides financial support for up to 5 working days and 2 travel days.

 
  • 80% of the grant is paid before the mobility period.
  • 20% balance is paid after submission of final documents and reports.
 
 

After the Mobility

 
  • Certificate of Attendance (signed & stamped by host)
  • Travel documents (boarding passes, entry/exit proof)
  • Final Report & EU Online Survey
 
 

Inclusion Support

 

Additional funding is available for participants with physical, mental, or health-related conditions that would otherwise prevent participation. Requests must include a valid medical report or disability certificate (issued within 3 months) and the official Inclusion Support Form.
